Pulse Ride LLC was founded by Ed Stumpf, who spent over 30 years serving the Greater Richmond community as an Exercise Physiologist in cardiac rehabilitation at Chippenham Medical Center. Throughout his career, Ed dedicated his life to helping heart patients regain their health and improve their quality of life.
After retiring in 2026, Ed founded Pulse Ride LLC to continue his lifelong mission of caring for others. His passion for helping people remains strong, and that dedication is reflected in every ride we provide through dependable, professional transportation tailored to each rider’s needs.
