Pulse Ride LLC was founded by Mr. Edwin Stumpf, who spent over 30 years serving the greater Richmond community as an Exercise Physiologist in cardiac rehabilitation at Chippenham Medical Center. Throughout his career, Mr. Stumpf dedicated his life to helping heart patients regain their health and improve their quality of life.
After retiring in 2026, Mr. Stumpf chose to continue his lifelong mission of caring for others by founding Pulse Ride LLC. His passion for helping people remains strong, and that commitment is reflected in every ride we provide.
